Ingredients
2 servings- Spinach1 bunch

- ★Soy sauce2 tsp

In a bowl, mix together the ★ seasonings (2 tbsp ground sesame seeds, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar) and set aside.

Quickly blanch 1 bunch of spinach, then immediately transfer to cold water. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized lengths.
