You'll polish off 2 whole bunches of nira (garlic chives) with this mayo, soy sauce, and sesame dressing! The best part? It's super easy to make in the microwave♪

  • ★Ground sesame seedsa little over 2 tbsp
  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • ★Mayonnaise1 tbsp

    Wash 2 bunches of nira (garlic chives) and cut into 3cm pieces. Spread them on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Let cool slightly.

    Squeeze out the excess moisture from the cooked nira thoroughly, then transfer to a bowl. Add the ★ seasonings and mix well to combine.

    Transfer the dressed nira to a serving dish and it's ready to serve.
