Easy Japanese-Style Tuna and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

    Cut 3–4 bell peppers in half lengthwise, then slice them crosswise into roughly 5mm-wide strips. Remove the stems, but feel free to leave the seeds in.

    Add 1 small can of tuna along with its liquid into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

    Once the tuna is warmed through, add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they reach your preferred tenderness.

    Add the ★ seasoning, mix everything together well until the flavors are evenly distributed, and it's done!
