Tuna and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry (Japanese Style)

    Cut 3-4 bell peppers in half lengthwise, then slice into thin strips about 5mm wide. Remove the stems but leave the seeds inside.

    Add 1 small can of tuna and all its liquid to a frying pan and warm over medium heat.

    Once the tuna is heated, add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they reach your desired tenderness.

    Finally, add the ★ soy sauce and mix everything together well to blend the flavors.

Tips

Though this recipe serves 2, it's plenty for 1 person. If you have extra bell peppers, double the amount for extra satisfaction. Adjust seed removal based on your preference.
