  • Bonito flakes (katsuobushi)3g

  • ★Sake2 tbsp
  • ★Sugar2 tbsp

    Cut the boiled bamboo shoots (170g) to an appropriate length, slice lengthwise in half, then cut into thin lengthwise slices and adjust the shape.

    Add the ★ seasonings to a frying pan and heat, then add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

    Continue stir-frying until the seasoning is evenly coated throughout.

    Finally, add the bonito flakes (3g) and finish while bringing out the aroma.

Tips

If you boil the bamboo shoots together with rice bran or a small amount of uncooked rice, the flavor will be even more enhanced. Canned bamboo shoots will also turn out deliciously.
