  • ★Aonori (seaweed powder)to taste

    Cut the 2 chikuwa into bite-sized pieces.

    Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise in a heated skillet and arrange the chikuwa pieces. Cook until nicely browned on all sides.

    Remove from heat and sprinkle aonori powder to taste to finish.

Tips
