  • Komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens)1 bunch

  • ★Mirin1 tbsp
  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★White sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • ★Red chili pepper (sliced)1 pinch

    Slice the 4 chikuwa into thin rounds and cut the 1 bunch komatsuna into 1-2 cm wide pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the chikuwa and komatsuna.
