Ingredients
2 servings- Chikuwa (fish cake tubes)4
- Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)1 bunch
- Sesame oilto taste
- ★Soy sauce2 tbsp
- ★Mirin1 tbsp
- ★Sugar1 tbsp
- ★White sesame seeds1 tbsp
- ★Red chili pepper (sliced into rounds)a pinch

Slice 4 chikuwa into rounds, and cut 1 bunch of komatsuna into 1–2 cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chikuwa and komatsuna over high heat.

Once the komatsuna has wilted slightly, add the ★ seasonings and toss everything together well.
