  • ★Miso1 tbsp or more
  • ★Sugar1 tbsp
  • ★Sake1 tbsp
  • ★Mirin1 tbsp

    Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry 150g pork belly and 200g cabbage.

    Once the pork is cooked through, add the ★ seasonings and toss everything together until well coated.
