- Mayonnaise1/2 tbsp
- Potato starch1 tbsp

Place 1 hanpen, 2 imitation crab sticks, a handful of pizza cheese, 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp potato starch in a plastic bag and knead the contents well.

Wet your hands slightly and shape the kneaded mixture into neat patties.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the patties, cook one side, then flip.
