Fragrant Coffee-Flavored Cookies

These adorable coffee bean-shaped cookies have such a satisfying crunch! The rich coffee flavor is so delicious, you won't be able to stop eating them! ☕✨

  • White sugar40g
  • Cake flour90g
  • Instant coffee1 tbsp

    Heat 60g of butter in a microwave until melted. While still warm, add 1 tbsp of instant coffee and mix well. Add 40g of white sugar and mix the entire mixture thoroughly. (It's okay if it doesn't dissolve completely.)

    Sift 90g of cake flour and add it to the butter mixture. Mix well until the dough comes together.

    Tear off small pieces of dough and shape them into oval balls. Gently flatten them.

    Using the back of a knife, make a small cut down the center of each cookie to resemble a coffee bean.

    Preheat the oven to 170℃. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 13-15 minutes until golden brown.

    Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Your cookies are ready to enjoy!

Tips

Powdered instant coffee dissolves more easily and is recommended. When mixing the dough, avoid over-kneading as this can cause the oil to separate. Work quickly for the best results.
