    Beat 1 egg white until it becomes fluffy and foamy like snow.

    Once the foam begins to form, gradually add half of the ★sugar (30g) in 3 additions while continuing to beat.

    Add the remaining sugar and gently fold with a rubber spatula without deflating the meringue. Transfer to a piping bag.

    Pipe the meringue into your desired shapes onto a baking sheet.

    Bake at 100℃ for 1 hour until crispy and done.

Tips

When folding with the rubber spatula, be gentle to avoid deflating the meringue. Since baked cookies absorb moisture easily, let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
