Pork Belly and Zucchini Stir-fry with Mayonnaise Soy Sauce

This pork belly and zucchini stir-fry is super easy with just 4 ingredients! The aromatic mayo-soy flavor is absolutely irresistible!

    Cut 1/2 zucchini into half-moon slices and cut 200g pork belly into thirds lengthwise.

    Heat 2 tbsp ★mayonnaise in a frying pan and stir-fry 200g pork belly.

    Once the pork belly begins to brown, add the zucchini and stir-fry until it gets a nice golden color.

    Finally, add 2 tsp ★soy sauce and toss everything together to coat evenly. Season to taste and serve.

Tips

Getting a good golden-brown color on the zucchini brings out the flavor and makes the dish taste even better.
