  • Japanese green onion (negi)1
  • ★Sake2 tbsp
  • ★Sesame oil1.5 tbsp
  • ★Mirin2 tsp
  • ★Soy sauce1 tsp
  • ★Salt0.5 tsp
  • ★Chicken bouillon powder0.5 tsp
  • ★White sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • ★Garlic (minced or tube)1 clove
  • ★Ginger (minced or tube)same as garlic
  • ★Coarse black peppera pinch

    Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.

    Mix together ★2 tbsp sake, ★1.5 tbsp sesame oil, ★2 tsp mirin, ★1 tsp soy sauce, ★0.5 tsp salt, ★0.5 tsp chicken bouillon powder, ★1 tbsp white sesame seeds, ★1 clove garlic, ★ginger (same amount as garlic), and ★a pinch coarse black pepper to make the seasoning.

    Place the sliced green onion, seasoning mixture, and 300g pork into a plastic bag. Massage well with your hands until the flavors are evenly distributed, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Transfer the marinated ingredients to a frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
