In a bowl, measure out ★ 1.5 tsp baking powder, ★ 1 tsp sugar, and ★ 6 pinches of salt, and mix together with a spoon.

Add 100g of bread flour (or all-purpose flour) and mix with a spoon. Pour in 100cc of water (85cc if using all-purpose flour) and mix vigorously about 100 times until the dough becomes sticky and elastic.

Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet using a spoon and stretch it into a circle about 18cm in diameter.

Top with tomato sauce to taste, your favorite toppings to taste, and pizza cheese to taste.

Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake for 10–13 minutes until the crust is lightly golden.
