- ★Leftover curry or ratatouilleto taste

Directions
20 min- 1
Mix 250–300g bread flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Place 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp dry yeast in the center, then gradually add 1 tbsp olive oil and 100–150 cc warm water while mixing until the dough is no longer sticky. Knead the dough well.
- 2
Divide the dough into 2 pieces, shape each into a ball, and let rest for about 5 minutes. While waiting, prepare toppings like ham, onion, bell pepper, etc., and mix them together.
- 3
Dust with flour (extra), roll out the dough into a circular shape with a rolling pin, spread an appropriate amount of tomato ketchup on top, and add the toppings. Placing toppings on the semicircular portion makes it easier to seal.
- 4
Seal the edges of the dough firmly with a fork or similar tool to prevent the filling from leaking. You may also fold the edges inward.
- 5
Place the dough on a skillet over low heat, cover with a lid, and cook each side for about 5 minutes until the entire surface is golden brown.
- 6
Enjoy by combining your favorite toppings like ham and cheese, or tuna mayo with hard-boiled egg, or eggplant and wiener sausage.
- 7
Choose ingredients that pair well with cheese, treating it like a pizza. For ingredients that take longer to cook, pre-cook them for safety.
- 8
If using all-purpose flour instead, substitute 5g baking powder for the dry yeast for a fluffier texture.
- 9
Finishing with a toaster oven will give even browning and a more beautiful appearance.
- 10
Using a hot plate allows you to cook multiple dough pieces at once, saving time.
Tips
Pre-cook ingredients that take longer to cook. Be careful of burns, as the filling will be very hot when freshly made.
