- Silken tofu1 block (approx. 300g)
- Bonito flakes (katsuobushi)to taste (generously)

Spread the nameko mushrooms (1 bag) in a colander, rinse lightly, drain well, and transfer to a pot.

Add the ★ seasonings (2 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp water, a little over 1 tbsp soy sauce) and a generous amount of bonito flakes. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Cut the silken tofu (1 block, approx. 300g) into small cubes and add to the pot.

Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu has absorbed the flavors. Serve immediately.
Tips
