Ingredients
2 servings- Nameko mushrooms1 bag
- Silken tofu1 block (about 300g)
- Bonito flakesto taste (generous)

- ★Water2 tbsp
- ★Soy sauce1+ tbsp

Spread one bag of nameko mushrooms in a colander, rinse lightly while draining the water, and transfer to a pot.

Add the ★ seasonings and a generous amount of bonito flakes, then bring to a boil over medium heat.

Cut 1 block of silken tofu (about 300g) into cubes and add to the pot.

Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are absorbed by the tofu. Done!
Tips
