    Cut 1 head of broccoli into bite-sized florets and bring water to a boil in a pot.

    Once boiling, add just under 1 tsp of salt and boil the broccoli for 2–3 minutes until tender.

    Transfer the cooked broccoli to a bowl, drain well, add the ★ seasonings and 1 bag of bonito flakes, then mix thoroughly.

    Transfer to a serving dish and you're done. Let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit—the flavors will blend beautifully and taste even better.
