Directions

10 min
  1. 1

Wash 150-200g of cabbage and cut into thin, slightly thick julienne strips.

  2. 2

Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for about 2 minutes.

  3. 3

Remove from microwave and let cool until you can gently squeeze it with your hands. If the cabbage is still firm, heat it again.

  4. 4

Place the squeezed cabbage and drained tuna (1 can) in the container, add the ★ seasonings, and mix well.

  5. 5

Enjoy immediately, or let it sit for a while to allow the flavors to blend for an even more delicious result.

Tips

The cut cabbage may seem like a large volume, but don't worry—it will reduce to about half its size after heating and squeezing. For extra flavor, you can optionally add corn.
