Ingredients
2 servings- Daikon radishas much as you like
- Ground sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)as much as you like
- Nori (dried seaweed)as much as you like

- ★Sesame oil1/2–1 tbsp

Use a mandoline slicer to thinly slice the daikon radish, then cut into thin julienne strips.

In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2–1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp mirin to make the dressing.

Place the daikon in a large bowl, add the dressing, and toss well to combine.
