  • Daikon radishas much as you like
  • Ground sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Bonito flakesas much as you like
  • Nori seaweedas much as you like

  • ★Sesame oil1/2 to 1 tbsp

    Thinly slice the daikon radish using a mandoline slicer, then cut into julienne strips for easy eating.

    Mix together 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 to 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp mirin to create the dressing.

    Place the daikon radish in a bowl, add the dressing, and mix well.
