2 servings- Shiitake mushrooms4
- Mayonnaiseto taste
- Melting cheeseto taste
- White sesame seedsa pinch
- Soy saucea pinch

Select 4 shiitake mushrooms and gently wipe the surface with paper towels to clean.

Spread mayonnaise to taste on the inside of each mushroom, top with melting cheese to taste, sprinkle white sesame seeds, and bake in the oven.
