Ingredients
2 servings- Daikon radishabout 6 cm
- Butter10 g
- Bonito flakesto taste
- ★Ponzu sauce1.5 tbsp

Cut the daikon radish (about 6 cm) into 1.5 cm thick rounds. Optionally, score the surface in a crosshatch pattern with a knife.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave using the root vegetable setting until the daikon becomes tender. Adjust heating time based on your microwave's specifications.

Heat 10 g of butter in a frying pan, arrange the softened daikon slices, and sear both sides until golden brown.

Add 1.5 tbsp of ★ponzu sauce, coating the daikon while continuing to cook to bring out the aroma.
