

I steamed these edamame in just 5 minutes with a little water! They're naturally sweet, super quick to make, and so eco-friendly too! ♪
Ingredients
4 servings- Edamame250-500g
- Salt for washing1 tbsp
- Water50cc
- Salt for boiling2-3 tsp
- Salt for finishinga pinch
Directions

Place 250-500g of edamame in a bowl and rub with 1 tbsp of salt for washing to remove fine hairs and dirt.

Rinse lightly with water to remove any remaining dirt.

Transfer the edamame to a frying pan, sprinkle 2-3 tsp of salt evenly over them, add 50cc of water, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, drain in a colander and let cool slightly, then sprinkle with a pinch of finishing salt to taste and serve.
Tips
No need to boil water first—you can enjoy them in a flash! Steaming with minimal water concentrates all the delicious flavor.
