Crispy Seaweed Salt Potatoes

This is like nori salt potato chips but as a side dish! The aroma of butter and aonori seaweed is absolutely irresistible! ♪

  • ★Butter (or margarine)1 tsp
  • ★Saltto taste
  • ★Aonori (green seaweed powder)as much as you like

    Peel 2 potatoes, soak them in water, and drain well.

    Heat in a 500W microwave for 4-5 minutes.

    Heat 1 tsp butter (or margarine) in a frying pan and stir-fry the potatoes.

    Sprinkle with salt to taste and mix until the flavor is evenly distributed, then turn off the heat.

    Add as much aonori as you like and toss everything together until well coated. Done!

Tips

Using the microwave saves time, and adding plenty of aonori at the end enhances the aromatic flavor.
