This one-pot pasta is cooked with pork belly and cabbage in a savory broth — so juicy and full of umami, I just can't get enough! ♪

  • Cabbage4-5 leaves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Red chili pepper2 optional
  • Salt and peppera pinch

  • ★Soy sauce1½ tsp

    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the red chili peppers as desired.

    Add 100g pork belly and stir-fry until the color begins to change.

    Chop 4-5 cabbage leaves, add to the pan, and stir-fry everything together.

    Add all the ★ seasonings and bring to a boil.

    Break the 200g spaghetti in half, add to the pan, and simmer while stirring according to the package cooking time.

    Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, adjust the taste, and it's ready to serve.

Tips

Spaghetti with an 11-minute cooking time works best for this dish. Add water if the broth reduces too quickly during cooking.
