

This tuna mayo soy sauce pasta with double dashi is absolutely delicious! It's rich and umami-packed without being heavy - seriously the best!
Ingredients
1 servings- Pasta80g
- Olive oilto taste
- Chopped nori seaweedto taste
- ★Canned tuna1/2 can
- ★Mayonnaise2 tsp
- ★Bonito dashi powder (granulated dashi)1/2 tsp
- Dashi soy sauce (or light soy sauce)1 tbsp plus

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook 80g pasta. In a separate bowl, combine the ★ ingredients and mix well.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the cooked pasta and lightly dry out any excess moisture.

Add the ★ tuna mayo mixture and quickly toss everything together. Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp plus dashi soy sauce, mixing thoroughly.

Plate the pasta and top with chopped nori seaweed to serve.
Tips
For a smoother finish, add the dashi soy sauce after removing the pan from heat. If the pasta clumps together, add a small amount of olive oil and quickly stir-fry to revive it.
