Ingredients
2 servings- Pasta200g
- Nanohana (rapini)1 bunch
- Bacon4-5 slices
- Garlic1 large clove
- Olive oilto taste (generous amount)
- Red chili pepperoptional
- ★Saltto taste
- ★Soy sauce2 tbsp
- ★Chicken bouillon powder1 tsp

Bring a pot of salted water to boil and begin cooking 200g of pasta. Prepare the ingredients: cut 1 bunch of nanohana into 2-3cm pieces, cut 4-5 slices of bacon into 2cm pieces, thinly slice 1 large clove of garlic, and slice the red chili pepper into rings if using.

Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced garlic and red chili pepper. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the 4-5 slices of bacon and stir-fry. Then add the nanohana stems and continue cooking.

Add the nanohana florets, then immediately add 1 ladle of the pasta cooking water and the ★ seasonings.

When the 200g of pasta is cooked, add it to the frying pan and quickly toss everything together to finish.
Tips
The nanohana wilts quickly if overcooked, so work quickly throughout cooking. Using about 4 tbsp of olive oil will enhance the flavor and give a more delicious finish.
