In a bowl, combine the diced onion, 1 pack of natto (add the included sauce if available), and the ★ seasonings. Mix well.

Heat oil in a frying pan and spread the mixture into a flat, round patty. Cook over medium-low to medium heat for about 5 minutes until one side turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side similarly.
