Tofu Salad - No Cooking Required!

This tofu salad is so easy - no knife or stove needed! The simple sesame oil and soy sauce dressing is light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

2 servings
  • Lettuce (pre-cut lettuce works too)1/4 head
  • Mixed salad vegetables of choiceoptional
  • Tofu1 block
  • Bonito flakes1 handful
  • Shredded nori (seaweed)1 handful
  • ★Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp

    Rinse 1/4 of the lettuce under water and tear into bite-sized pieces.

    Spread the lettuce on a large plate and place the whole tofu block (drained) on top.

    Sprinkle 1 handful of bonito flakes and 1 handful of shredded nori evenly over the top.

    Drizzle the ★ sesame oil and soy sauce over everything and serve.

Tips

For extra convenience, you can use pre-cut lettuce or microwave the tofu before serving.
