Authentic Homemade Udon Broth

  • Dashi broth (300 cc water + dashi stock, or dashi powder)300 cc
  • ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • ★Mirin1/2 tbsp
  • ★Salt1/2 tsp

    Pour 300 cc of dashi broth and the ★ seasonings into a pot and heat over medium heat.

    Once the broth comes to a boil, add your cooked udon noodles and gently simmer to let the flavors blend.
