

A wonderfully fluffy pumpkin loaf bread made in a home bakery machine. The vibrant golden color from the pumpkin with skin is absolutely gorgeous! ♡
Ingredients

- Pumpkin with skin100g
- ★Sugar30g
- ★Salt3g
- ★Margarine30g
- ★Milk170ml
- ★Dry yeast3g

Wrap 100g of pumpkin in plastic wrap and heat in a microwave until softened.

Add all ingredients - 250g bread flour, pumpkin, ★30g sugar, ★3g salt, ★30g margarine, ★170ml milk, and ★3g dry yeast - into your home bakery machine. Use the quick-bake setting with a slightly lighter browning level.

Once baked, transfer to a cooling rack to cool slightly, and your bread is ready!
Tips
We used pumpkin with the skin on, but if you prefer, you can use 100g of peeled pumpkin instead.
