- Kabocha squash (with skin)100g

Wrap 100g of kabocha squash in plastic wrap and microwave until soft.

Add all ingredients to the bread machine — bread flour (250g), kabocha squash, ★sugar (30g), ★salt (3g), ★margarine (30g), ★milk (170cc), and ★dry yeast (3g) — and bake on the quick bake setting with a slightly light crust color.

This recipe uses kabocha squash with the skin on, but if you prefer, feel free to use 100g of peeled kabocha squash instead.
