Ingredients
2 servings- Pork loin, thinly sliced8 slices

- Salad oil1 tsp
- ★Soy sauce1⅓ tbsp
- ★Sugar1 tbsp
- ★Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- ★Mirin½ tbsp
- ★Fresh ginger juice1 tbsp

In a bowl, combine the ★ seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, mayonnaise, mirin, and ginger juice) to make the sauce.

Trim the hard base of the asparagus by cutting 1-1.5 cm from the bottom, then use a peeler to scrape away the tough skin.

Cut the asparagus into 4 equal pieces. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 1 minute, then let cool.

Lay out the pork loin slices and wrap 3 pieces of asparagus with each slice.

Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the pork-wrapped asparagus with the seam side down.

Once browned, flip and cook both sides thoroughly until the pork is cooked through.
