  2. 2

Lay out the 300g of pork meat and place the pea shoot leaves and stems on top in a balanced way, then roll from the front.

  3. 3

Seal the rolled edges firmly and shape neatly.

  4. 4

    Mix together 1 tbsp ★soy sauce, 1 tbsp ★vinegar, 1 tsp ★chicken bouillon powder, 1 tsp ★sesame, and 2 drops ★chili oil.

  5. 5

Arrange the pork rolls on a microwave-safe plate and pour the sauce over the top.

  6. 6

Microwave at 500W for about 5 minutes.

  7. 7

Transfer to a serving dish. You can also drizzle with ponzu sauce according to your preference for extra flavor.

Tips

No need for pre-seasoning—even inexpensive ground pork works fine; simply flatten and roll. The sauce pairs well with ponzu if you prefer that flavor instead.
