    Add 100g mixed ground meat to a frying pan and cook over medium heat. Once cooked through, add 2 large eggplants cut into rounds and 1 clove of minced garlic, then stir-fry briefly to combine.

    Add 3+ tbsp of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over medium heat until the eggplant is tender and softened.

    Once the eggplant is soft, add the ★ seasonings and toss everything together until evenly coated.

    Season with salt & pepper to taste, then spoon over 1 合 of warm steamed rice and serve.
