  • Water3 tbsp or more

  • ★Consommé1/2 cube, crumbled

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 100g of ground beef and pork mix. Once cooked through, add 2 large eggplants (sliced into rings) and 1 clove of garlic (minced). Stir-fry lightly until combined.

    Add 3 tbsp or more of water to the cooked ingredients, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over medium heat until the eggplant becomes tender.

    Once the eggplant is soft, add the ★ seasonings and mix well to coat everything.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve over 1 cup of warm cooked rice. Done!

Tips
