Ingredients
2 servings- Cake flour (all-purpose flour)50g
- Vegetable oil15g
- Honey30g

Place a zip-lock or plastic bag on a kitchen scale and measure in 50g of cake flour.

Add 15g of vegetable oil and knead the bag to mix until evenly combined.

Add 30g of honey and continue kneading the bag until everything is well incorporated.

Use a rolling pin over the bag to roll the dough out to a thickness of 4–5mm.

Cut out shapes using cookie cutters or a dough scraper, then bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
Tips
Mix the cake flour and vegetable oil together first before adding the honey — this makes the dough easier to combine. Depending on the type of oil used, the dough may become too soft. If that happens, add a little more flour until it comes together.
