- Margarine or butter20g

In a bowl, combine 65g pancake mix, 2 tsp milk, 20g margarine or butter, and 1-2 tsp sugar. Mix well with your hands until the dough comes together.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 3-5mm and cut with cookie cutters.
