Light and Crispy Cookies Like a Pro Baker Would Make

I can't believe you can make such crispy, buttery cutout cookies with just simple ingredients! The cute shapes are so adorable, and they turn out amazing! ♪

  • Almond flour50 g
  • Unsalted butter60 g
  • Sugar50 g

    Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and almond flour, mixing them evenly.

    Cream the 60 g unsalted butter until pale, then add the 50 g sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Gradually add the 1/2 egg, then fold in a pinch of salt.

    Add the sifted dry ingredients and gently fold together with your hands, being careful not to overwork the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 180°C during this time.

    Roll the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut out your desired shapes with a cookie cutter. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the cookies, and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Tips

Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder to the dough for chocolate-flavored cookies.
