Ingredients
1 servings- Pancake mix120g
- Milk60cc
- Egg1
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Unsalted butter10g
Directions
25 min- 1
Lightly coat the donut mold with vegetable oil and preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat 10g of unsalted butter in the microwave and melt it.
- 2
In a bowl, combine 120g pancake mix, 60cc milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, and the melted 10g unsalted butter. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
- 3
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the donut mold from half to two-thirds full, dividing evenly. Use less batter as it will expand while baking.

Bake at 180°C for about 17 minutes. Once baked, remove from the mold and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Tips
Baking time may vary depending on your oven. Pierce the center with a skewer or toothpick—when the batter becomes translucent, the donuts are done.
