    Add 160g all-purpose flour and 40g cornstarch to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

    Add 1 egg and 100ml milk, and mix thoroughly until the batter becomes smooth.

    Add the ★ seasonings (40g sugar, 1 pinch salt, 8g baking powder, and a few drops vanilla essence) and mix well.

    Using a wet spoon, scoop the batter by cutting motions and drop into the frying oil over medium-low heat.
