Peel the 2 new onions and trim the top and bottom portions to level them.

Place them with the flat bottom side up, make crosshatch cuts on the surface, and place 10g of butter on top.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 5 minutes. For extra creamy results, you can microwave for up to 7 minutes.
