Ingredients
1 servings- Spring onion (new onion)1
- ★Noodle broth (or ponzu sauce if preferred)1.5-2 tbsp
- ★Mayonnaiseto taste
- ★Bonito flakesto taste

Trim the top and bottom of the spring onion, peel the skin, and shape it neatly.

Wrap the onion tightly with plastic wrap and place on a plate.

Microwave the plate for about 4 minutes.

Carefully remove the plastic wrap (it will be hot) and add the ★ seasonings, drizzling mayonnaise to taste and topping with bonito flakes as desired.
Tips
Be careful when removing the plastic wrap as it will be very hot. Adjust the microwave time according to the size and quantity of onions for even more tender results.
