Ingredients
2 servings- Chicken breast or thigh1 piece

- ★Soy sauce2 tbsp
- ★Minced garlic1 clove
- ◇Panko breadcrumbs5 tbsp

Remove the skin from 1 piece of chicken breast or thigh and cut into bite-sized pieces. If the meat is thick, slice it in half lengthwise.

Place the chicken and the ★ seasonings (1 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 clove minced garlic) in a plastic bag. Massage well with your hands, seal the bag, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

In a separate bag, combine 5 tbsp panko breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp white sesame seeds. Mix well.

Remove the marinated chicken, gently pat off excess liquid, then place it in the panko mixture bag and coat evenly on all sides.

Heat 2 tbsp or more of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the panko-coated chicken on both sides slowly until golden brown. For IH cooking, set the heat level to 4.
