  • ★Cornstarch1/2 tbsp
  • ☆Beaten egg1/2
  • ☆Curry powder1 tsp
  • ☆Parmesan cheese1 tbsp

    Remove the tendon from the 2 chicken breasts and pound them flat with the back of a knife. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix together the ★ ingredients (1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour and 1/2 tbsp cornstarch) and the ☆ ingredients (1/2 beaten egg, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, and parsley to taste) separately.

    Coat the chicken with the ★ mixture, then dip into the ☆ mixture.

    Heat a frying pan, add oil, and place the chicken. Cover with a lid and cook slowly over medium heat until one side is done.

    Flip and cook until golden brown. Done!

Tips

For a different flavor, try adding fresh herbs or shiso leaves for a unique twist.
