Garlic Soy Fried Rice with Creamy Mayonnaise

    In a bowl, combine 1 bowl of warm cooked rice with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, mixing well to coat. Chop the ham or sausage and mix into the rice.

    Heat a frying pan and scramble 1 egg. Add the rice mixture and ingredients, breaking up the rice as you stir-fry.

    Add the ★soy sauce along the sides of the pan and stir-fry until the flavors are evenly distributed.

Tips

When making scrambled eggs, if your frying pan has a non-stick coating, you can cook without oil. For best results, cook the rice slightly firm—it will be easier to achieve a fluffy, separated texture when stir-frying.
