Ingredients
2 servings- Cooked rice400g
- Salmon flakes40g
- Green onions (scallions)to taste
- ★Eggs2
- ★Soy sauce1 tbsp
- ★Sesame oil1 tbsp
- ★Ginger (grated)a pinch
- ★Salt and peppera pinch
- Sesame oil for stir-frying1 tbsp
- Soy sauce for finishinga dash along the wok edge

In a bowl, combine the ★ seasonings (2 eggs, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, a pinch of ginger, and salt and pepper). Mix well.

Add the ★ seasonings to 400g of cooked rice and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.

Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a frying pan, add the rice mixture, and stir-fry.

When the rice is halfway cooked, add 40g of salmon flakes and stir-fry until combined.
