Ingredients

- Vegetable oil (for cooking)2 tbsp
- Cornstarchto taste
- Lettuce2-3 leaves
- ★Sake (for marinating)1/2 tbsp
- ★Salt and pepper (for marinating)a pinch
- ★Grated ginger (for marinating)a pinch
- ●Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- ●Ketchup1 tbsp
- ●Milk1 tbsp
- ●Vinegar1 tsp
- ●Sugar1 tsp
- ●Soy sauce5 drops

In a bowl, combine all the ● ingredients and mix well to make the sauce.

Add the ★ sake, salt and pepper, and grated ginger to the 200g shrimp. Mix until the flavors are evenly distributed.

Lightly coat the marinated shrimp with cornstarch, then shake off any excess.

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until one side is golden. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and golden.
