Ingredients
2 servings- Sweet potato2 small (or 1 large)
- Egg yolk1
- ★Milk (or soy milk)50 ml
- ★Sugar (granulated sugar)15 g
- ★Margarine (or butter)30 g
- ★Salta pinch

Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into rounds about 1 cm thick. Soak them briefly in water, then arrange them flat on a heat-safe dish.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until the sweet potatoes are soft and tender.

Transfer the cooked sweet potatoes to a bowl and mash them finely using a masher or spoon.

Add the ★ seasonings (50 ml milk, 15 g sugar, 30 g margarine, and a pinch of salt) and mix well until the mixture becomes smooth.

Shape the mixture into your desired form and brush the surface with egg yolk. Place in an aluminum cup and toast in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.

Remove once and brush with egg yolk again, then toast for another 2-3 minutes.

Tips
Mashing the sweet potatoes thoroughly will result in a smooth texture. If you prefer a slightly coarser texture, leave some small lumps.
