Tuna Mayo Muffins Made with Hotcake Mix

These tuna mayo muffins are so easy to make with hotcake mix! Warm, fluffy, and absolutely delicious - you'll love them! ♡

  • Hotcake mix150g
  • Egg1
  • Milk90 ml
  • ★Canned tuna1 can
  • ★Mayonnaise2 tbsp
  • ★Salt and black peppera pinch
  • Parsleyto taste

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drain the canned tuna lightly and mix with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to make tuna mayo.

    In a bowl, combine 150g hotcake mix, 1 egg, and 90 ml milk. Mix well until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.

    Divide the batter evenly into aluminum cups or muffin liners.

    Spread the prepared tuna mayo on top of the batter, then drizzle with additional mayonnaise.

    Bake in the 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Once golden brown, insert a toothpick to check if the center is cooked through. Remove when done.

    Sprinkle parsley on top while still hot and serve.

Tips

Baking time may vary depending on your oven, so it's recommended to check with a toothpick. If making with 200g of hotcake mix, increase the milk to 120 ml.
