Aromatic Garlic Toast

Whether you use baguette or regular bread, it turns out perfectly crispy! Buttery garlic toast is the perfect snack or appetizer! ♪

Ingredients

  • Bread or baguette2 slices (6-8 pieces)
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Butterabout 3 cm
  • ★Olive oil2-3 tbsp or more
  • ★Salt (preferably good quality)to taste
  • ★Parsley (dried is fine)to taste

    Grate 1 garlic clove and mix with 2-3 tbsp (or more) of olive oil.

    Cut the bread or baguette into bite-sized pieces and generously dip one side into the garlic oil.

    Place small pieces of butter (about 3 cm) on top of the bread and toast in a toaster oven until it smells wonderfully garlicky.

    Once toasted, sprinkle salt and parsley to taste on top to finish.

Tips

Use plenty of olive oil for a crispier result. Adjust the amount of salt and butter to your preference.
