4 servings- Chicken breast2 pieces (about 600g)
- Potato starch7-8 tbsp
- Salad oil (for frying)as needed

- ★Mayonnaise1 tbsp

Cut the 2 chicken breasts (about 600g) into bite-sized pieces using a slicing motion and place in a bowl.

Add the ★ seasonings (1 tbsp sake, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, about 1 cm minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger, and a pinch of black pepper), massage well with your hands, and let rest for about 10 minutes.

Add 7-8 tbsp of potato starch and mix well with chopsticks, then let sit for 1-2 minutes.
