Cut the beef or pork (200-300g) into thin strips. Place in a bowl and add ☆soy sauce (1 tsp) and ☆sake (1 tsp). Add ☆cornstarch (1 tsp) and massage gently. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Remove seeds and white parts from the 2 bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Blanch the canned bamboo shoots (1 package) briefly, then drain well.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the peppers and bamboo shoots. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Once the peppers become glossy, transfer to a plate.

Add more sesame oil if needed and place the marinated meat in the pan without breaking it apart. Flatten it with a wooden spatula and cook over medium heat without stirring.
