Ingredients
3 servings- Burdock root1

- ★Mirin2 tbsp
- ★Soy sauce1.5 tbsp

- ★Dashi powder (granulated Japanese dashi)1/2 tsp

Cut 1 burdock root and 1/2 carrot into thin julienne strips. Briefly soak the burdock in water and drain well.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the burdock and carrot.

Once they begin to soften, add the ★ seasonings and simmer-fry until the liquid reduces and a glossy glaze forms.
